Returns Policy
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective; or
- the item is damaged; or
- you receive the wrong item due to our error;
and we will arrange for a full refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return for items sent to you in error, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and/or unopened and in its original packaging.
For all returns you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer returns/refunds if you change your mind.
RETURN SHIPPING/POSTAGE COSTS
If you are eligible for a return, we will pay the return shipping/postal costs.
REFUND TIMEFRAME
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, you should contact us by email at avnenquiries@avn.org.au, setting out your reasons for requesting a return, and attaching the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have assessed your request, we will notify you of the outcome by return email.
